Due to the nature of our online product which is hosted on an online teaching platform, that cannot be returned without being used or fraud we do NOT offer a refund under any circumstances.
In the event of a product malfunctioning, if there is ANY problem with the product itself or the platform it is hosted on, please get in touch with us via “email@example.com” and we will fix the issue.
If for some reason you cannot access the product due to not having received the welcome email or any other problems that are not related to us, you can simply get in touch with us via the email above and our team will help you sort out any issues you may be having to access the course.
In the event of the customer opening a dispute charge against our company we reserve the right to use this refund policy here as a means of counter dispute against the customer.
If for some reason the customer is unable to access the course due to any problems on the customer’s side, we reserve the right to quote this refund policy here to protect the business against any claims, disputes and excuses that may come from the customer or the customer's financial institution.
